Key Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.

• Monitor and record vital signs, intake/output, and other medical data as required.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly environment.

• Communicate effectively with nursing staff and other healthcare team members.

• Follow care plans and report any changes in patient conditions promptly.

Requirements:

• Valid Utah CNA certification in good standing.

• Current CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.

• Prior experience in a healthcare setting preferred but not required.

• Personal relationships of trust are formed and nurtured between nurses and patients.
• Punctuality is a requirement and expected at all times. Ability to work independently and manage flexible scheduling.
